アイポッドに入れてからけっこう気に入って聴いているシカゴの名曲。1972年頃の大ヒット曲だ。ベトナム戦争終結前後の時代にあって、平和を希求した曲だろうと思う。曲を聴いてのイメージは、なんとなくセントラル・パーク、独立記念日の点景描写みたいな歌詞のように思えるのだが。イントロのピアノからゆったりとかぶさるブラス、どこをとっても大好きなナンバーだ。
